Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect through the waiting-list, cohort sign-up and private-cohort enquiry forms, and how we use it.
Who we are
AI-Assisted Engineering is operated by San Digital Limited. Questions about this notice can be sent to office@sandigital.uk.
What we collect
- Waiting list: your email address, plus an optional first name and current role.
- Cohort sign-up: your email address, first name, chosen cohort and optional current role.
- Private-cohort enquiry: your name, work email, organisation, approximate team size, programme goal and optional preferred timing.
- Your consent choices, the wording you agreed to, the submission time and the source page.
How we use it
- To manage your waiting-list request, cohort registration or private-cohort enquiry.
- To contact you with the next relevant step.
- To send occasional course updates only when you give separate marketing permission.
Where submissions go
Form submissions are delivered to San Digital's private Slack workspace so the course team can respond. Slack acts as a service provider. We do not place destination addresses, workspace credentials or provider keys in the public site.
Retention
We keep enquiry and waiting-list records for up to 24 months after the latest relevant contact, unless a longer period is required for a booking, contract or legal obligation. Marketing permission is kept until it is withdrawn or the contact record is removed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information. You can object to marketing or withdraw permission at any time. Contact office@sandigital.uk.
What we do not do
We do not use session replay, keystroke capture, heatmaps or advertising pixels. We do not include individual prompts or conversation history in manager reporting.
