Private training for your engineering team.
Help your team verify AI-assisted changes and own the software it delivers. A private course keeps the same four modules and can include engineers from two months to two decades into their careers.
Agree the delivery details first
- Cohort size and attendee experience
- Dates and session schedule
- Exercise variants and technical setup
- Privacy, data handling and reporting
The team still owns the outcome
Participants define, verify, control and recover through individual repository work. They must explain the result, the checks they ran and the decisions they made.
- The four foundation modules stay in order.
- Learners use prepared repositories and show executed checks.
- Feedback is based on the work produced during the task.
- Individual assistant conversations are not included in manager reports.
Why this course exists
Engineering managers asked for a practical way to help their teams verify AI-assisted changes and own the software they deliver.
San Digital developed the course in response to those requests. The format was reviewed and tested with engineering peers, and the first live cohort began in July 2026.
Fast output still needs an owner
Research reports strong gains on defined tasks and weaker or negative results on realistic repository work. Review, correction and ownership determine whether faster generation becomes faster delivery.
This course assesses the result, the checks that were actually run, the scope controlled and how the engineer responded to contrary evidence.
A July 2026 review of the closest published courses found no comparable programme assessing verification, bounded delegation and recovery through observed repository work.
