Booking terms
These terms apply to individual bookings on the AI-Assisted Engineering and AI-Assisted Knowledge Work courses. The price, tax treatment, booked course, confirmed time and session dates form part of an accepted booking.

Session times
Candidate weekly times and session dates are published on the booking page when booking opens.
Your weekly time, and its four session dates, are confirmed in the acceptance email. If the course is full, or no time you selected runs, you can transfer to an available course or receive a full refund, whatever the notice period.
Booking and payment
A place is confirmed only once San Digital accepts the booking and the stated payment step is complete. Card payers receive the Stripe payment link by email after the request has been recorded and checked. Invoice payers hear from us by email first, so that we can collect the required billing details. An issued invoice is not acceptance.
Pay for the number of places you requested. Where the paid amount and the request differ, we resolve the difference with you before acceptance. You can withdraw a paid request for a full refund at any time before acceptance. A booking may cover up to five places, subject to the capacity shown on the booking page. The cancellation terms apply to each place. If fewer places remain than you requested, we either agree a reduced number with you or refund in full.
Changing your booking
Contact us at least 48 hours before the first session if you want another eligible person to take your place, or if you want to move to an available later cohort. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange it, but we cannot guarantee another date.
Our goodwill cancellation terms
If you cancel at least 14 days before your first session, we refund the full amount. If you cancel 7 to 13 days before it, we refund 50%. We don't offer a refund for cancellations fewer than 7 days before the first session, although you may still be able to send another eligible attendee.
Your statutory cancellation right
If you book personally as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of acceptance for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Before accepting your personal booking, we check that this cancellation period will end before the first session. If the course starts sooner, we email you to ask you to expressly request early performance. We need that request before we accept, and we keep a record of it. We apply our goodwill cancellation terms whenever they give you a better refund. Your statutory rights are not reduced.
The acceptance email, together with your receipt or invoice, provides the durable confirmation of the agreement.

Cancellation or change by us
If we cancel your cohort, you can choose a full refund or a place on an available replacement cohort. If we need to change the date or facilitator, we will give you as much notice as reasonably possible. For a material change, we will offer a practical alternative.
Participation
Before booking, check that you meet the course's published requirements. You are responsible for meeting them and for following the agreed session and data-handling rules. We teach ways of working that you can practise on the course, but we do not award a certificate of competence or guarantee a particular result in your work.
