Course materials terms
These terms explain how named participants may use the materials supplied with either San Digital AI Training course.

What this covers
This notice applies to slides, exercise packs, fixtures, templates, handouts and supporting documents supplied by San Digital Limited as part of AI-Assisted Engineering or AI-Assisted Knowledge Work.
Licence and permitted use
Each named participant receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course materials during the course and afterwards for their own learning and internal work.
A participant may make reasonable working copies and use supplied exercise materials with an AI assistant approved for the course or by their organisation, provided that tool is authorised for the material involved.
An organisation booking more than one place receives the same licence for each named participant. The booking does not license the materials to non-participants unless San Digital Limited agrees otherwise in writing.
Restrictions
Unless San Digital Limited agrees otherwise in writing, a participant must not:
- publish the course materials or place them in a public repository.
- sell, sublicense or redistribute the course materials.
- share the course materials with anyone who is not a named participant, including other people in their organisation.
- use the course materials to deliver training to others or copy or adapt a substantial part of them into another training product.
Your work and third-party material
San Digital Limited does not claim ownership of a participant's original submissions or personal notes. Rights in that work remain with the person or organisation that otherwise owns them. This does not transfer rights in course materials included in, copied into or adapted within that work.
Third-party material identified in the course remains subject to the third party's own terms.
Legal rights and permissions
Nothing in this notice limits statutory rights or any use permitted by law.
